Farmer Thrift Store

Farmers are the original recyclers. Nothing goes to waist. Look in any farmer's barn and you'll find stacks of "stuff" that any normal person would have thrown away: left over lumber, pvc, buckets, bits of fencing, scrap metal. If it might come in handy again, then a farmer will store it. And they use it!! Visit again in a year and you'll find a whole different set of "stuff" in that barn, because they used the old stuff, but have managed to replace it with more stuff.

But still, even when they hoard everything they think they may need someday, they never seem to have the right "thing" when they need it. Farm-1-1 has taken farmer hoarding to a new level. We troll Craigslist and Austin Materials Marketplace for stuff, and we shamelessly beg for donations of any supplies that might be useful to a farmer. Everything we find is available to member farmers on our pay what you can policy. All we ask is that you take only what you need right now, let us do the hoarding for you.
